Welcome to the Internet home of Indian Oasis Elementary School Primary. Our community-centered school serves students in beautiful southern Arizona. We are located about 60 miles from Tucson in the Tohono O’odham Nation within Pima County. We are proud to serve our community as we instill a love of learning, community, and culture into our students.
Our new website is our online voice, and we know you will find it helpful and the first place to go for information about our school and your child’s education. Our News page and calendar will keep you up-to-date on important dates and events, while you can find parenting information and study resources on our Web Links page. We hope you find our website helpful and informative!
Welcome Back! We hope you had a wonderful summer break with your students. The first day of classes is Thursday, July 14, 2016, and your child’s hours will begin at 7:50 a.m.
We are very excited to welcome you and your students as we continue our educational journey together. We continue to provide free transportation, breakfast, and lunch for all students. If you have any transportation changes, please call in or e-mail all changes by 10:00 a.m. with the exception of Thursdays. Every Thursday, call in changes to student transportation arrangements no later than 9:00 a.m. If your students have food allergies, please provide the doctor’s notice to the front office staff so that our lead teacher and the cafeteria staff can be aware of your students’ food sensitivities.
Please remember the following:
I look forward to continuing our joint partnership for your student’s success.
